Enchanted Gems game has three bonus rounds, but only one will award you with free spins feature, although my opinion collecting all this Gems all the time for only 5 free spins and having no multiplier, won’t benefit from it that much. The point in this game is collecting three kind of Gems, the yellow gems, called Wild Bonus, needs to be collected only three of them will open the wild bonus feature, so that way when you'll do your 3 free spins, the Fairy will make only 1 symbols wild, but playing this game a ton of times I didn't triggered anything, so don't expect too much from this bonus round.
