BetMGM Appoints Andrew Hagopian as a Chief Legal Officer
BetMGM, a sports betting and digital video gaming provider, announced that Andrew Hagopian is going to become the company's executive team's Chief Legal Officer.
He will oversee the company's legal and compliance departments and will report to BetMGM's CEO, Adam Greenblatt, according to a statement.
Hagopian has considerable legal expertise. He has a J.D. the Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S. at the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business administration
Andrew Hagopian worked as a lawyer for Gibson Dunn, a top-tier multinational law firm, before becoming MGM Resorts International's Chief Corporate Counsel and heading a team that is responsible for the legal aspects of regulatory and organizational gaming concerns. He also partnered with GVC Holdings to get BetMGM founded in 2018.
