Some of the symbols include great golfers such as Ryan Smith, Mark Winston, Wayne Philips, Blake Connor and Kevin Andrews. Other symbols include a tee, club and a flag.

I really liked that the wild sometimes appear stacked on the reels, but I was surprised when I realized that it does not multiply the wins which is kind of dull. I have to say that I got some good wins though during the base game. At times my balance was going low and then I trigger the bonus and I get something like 30 x bet which is not a lot but still it increases my balance.

The bonus round in this slot is triggered by 3 or more scatters and it is called the Tournament Bonus. There are 3 stages in this bonus. When you trigger the bonus for the first time you are taken to Stage 1. The second time you trigger the bonus you are taken to Stage 2. Here the bonus depends on how far the ball is hit down. In Stage 3 you get free spins. The closer the ball is to the hole the more spins you get. You can get up to 20 free spins with x 5 multiplier. The free spins can also be retriggered but this did not happen to me. The game itself is very interesting. Especially for people who enjoy this sport. The graphics are great and at moments you get a feeling that you are really part of the tournament in beautiful Scotland. I would definitely try this slot again.

erything looks more than okay for me, and I have nothing to complain.

What can be interesting for any online slot player - it is that stacked wilds in this game is presented on all reels, I am think we all love this feature. And here is my usual complaint - I do not like when there is not so many paylines, and stacked wilds. It makes these wilds cheap, because even full screen will not be unbelievable huge payout. When you provide stacked wilds on all reels - I want to see something like 100 or more paylines, perfect of course it is 243 lines.

Also at this slot game is possible to trigger freespins feature. 3, 4, 5 scatters triggers bonus game. You play golf, and earn bonus cash rewards during first two screens. On third screen you get number of freespins and multiplier. In best possible case you can get 20 freespins with x 5 multiplier, I played freespins feature 3-4 times, and best I triggered was 12 x 3 multiplier, but this is not so bad.

Game has some potential to pay huge, if you will have decent multiplier and land a lot of wilds during freespins. My best freespins feature paid me near 50 x total bet, and also best base game hit is something like this too.

Luckily it wasn't a slipped disc, but I valued my back much more than golf itself, so I finally gave it up without much hassle. Playing a golf game like this does bring back sweet old memories, but nothing more than that. Nope, I wouldn't want to play golf ever again either. The only risks that I'm gonna take would be playing a golf slot game with real money. Hehehe.

Even before playing this Argyle Open golf game, it's 5-reels and 4-rows screen had already sent a frown into my brain. The whole screen looks messy with all those game icons. Messy because each icon isn't a simple looking icon, but of golfers in action, of golfing paraphernalia, all combining together in a cluttered look, which I simply don't like to look at. To play this game, I set it into autoplay, watching mostly at the credit balance and win columns at the bottom of the screen, avoiding any long look at the spinning reels, to avoid eye aches or headaches.

The logo 'The Argyle Open' is the Wild symbol, paying a low 1000x the line bet for 5 of them, and substitutes for other symbols except the Scatter symbol. It doesn't double any wins with it but at least it is stacked in both the base and Free Spins game. The Putting Hole is the Scatter symbol, paying the usual 100x total bet for 5 of them, and getting 3 or more of these Scatters trigger the Tournament Bonus game, which has 3 stages of play, one stage at a time, needing 3 Bonus games to complete the stages. The Player symbols pay from 500x to 100x the line bet for 5 of each kind, and the other symbols pay from 60x to 25x the line bet for 5 of each kind. A very low paytable.

In the first stage of the Tournament Bonus game, a cash reward is awarded, depending on the distance the golf ball travels after teeing off. In the second stage, a cash reward is awarded for the distance the golf ball travels along the fairway. In the third stage, a Free Spins game is awarded, up to 20 free spins, depending on the distance away the golf ball lands from the putting hole on the green. The player chosen before the start of the Tournament Bonus game will play all the 3 stages. You can only change the player on the next new bonus game.

My usual bet on this game is €1.20 and sometimes it goes up to €2 depending how much money i have.

There is only one feature on this game and it is a free spins feature. Each time you win a different amount of spins with a different multiplier, depending in how good you perform in the bonus game. Coin rewards are also awarded on the bonus game. To get the bonus game you need to get three or more potting holes. The best you could do in the feature is twenty free spins with 5x. The bonus game cannot be re-triggered but the free spins can. On my €1.20 bet if i am lucky enough to win the bonus, on average i get around €28 to €35. Sometimes i could waste €100 on this game and not get bonus even once.

This game is definitely a buzz killer for me. Every single time i play it i get upset and pissed off. The drawings on this game are pretty wacky too. So bright and sparkly, i seriously dont know why i play it. I guess its because i lost so much money on it and i want to win it back.Maybe get stacked wilds on all reels. The wins are small and that is another buzz killer. If i was to rate this game i would give it 2 out of 10. Maybe this game has been very good to some of you guys, but to it has been a nightmare. Hope you enjoyed my review and have a nice day:)

Again, everything is good, but I am really-really want to see more paylines in this slot game.

The 2 earlier stages of the Tournament Bonus game were just as boring. Only the 3rd stage gave the Free Spins game, but those too paid out very poorly. In stage 1, it paid 23x my bet amount. In stage 2, it paid 28x. In stage 3, I got 15 free spins with a 4x multiplier, which then paid a blardy lousy 26x bet win. What the argh! How the heck are the big wins going to come? I wondered, but I didn't wait to find out. I quit playing the game straight away.
