If you want more free spins with a higher multiplier, then opt to skip this choice, collect 10 more Skulls, and you can then play with 15 free spins with a 4x multiplier. Both the Wild and the Skull symbols are non-paying, which makes the paytable even worse, but what makes the biggest difference is in the win value of the top 3 Ladies symbols. Getting any 5 of each Lady symbol would pay an extremely low 10x total bet amount, and getting this win with that 5x free spins multiplier would only pay 50x the total bet amount!
