First, it has a beautiful design inspired by a cabana that works as hotel where all the characters are sympathetic kittens drawn in comic strip way, but besides that it has a set of special features extremely attractive for its variety and ability to be fun and generous, this without neglecting the paytable, whose rates are quite fair in my opinion, considering that this is a slot with 5 x 3 reels and 25 paylines.

Every feature of this slot is more like a cherry on cake; they are small details that just make you like it more and more, though you not always have the desired result. Among its features we have a wild symbol, that like the rest, works as substitute, but of this we can say that additionally appears stacked and that's a pretty active symbol. Another feature that is named "Dashing Wild Feature" is triggered randomly after a non-winning spin, and when it does, 3 wilds slide horizontally in both directions to settle at a random position that allows us to make a profit on a kind of re-spin. I am a cat person so I liked the fact that this slot is cat themed, even the name has "kitty" in it.

My first experience with this game was with a free spins offer, I played 15 spins with minimum stakes and won 6€. This slot has 5 reels and 25 paylines, wilds, free spins bonus round. Personally I find the free spins round very interesting. You get it if you achieve 3 or more scatters in the main game. It took me more than 200 pins to get to free spins round. When that happens, your kitty has to choose 1 doors from each floor (overall 3 floors) and each floor will determine your free spins round. First floor contains of many features that will come up on the free spins, second floor contains multiplier (one has 3x multiplier, other 2x) and third floor contains spins. I got 12 free spins with 2x multiplier and frozen wilds. It meant that each time I got wilds (no matter how many) they froze and stayed there for 3 spins. Overall I won 20€ from them which was a good start. Then I increased bets to 0.50 and soon enough got another bonus round. The amount of spins and multiplier was the same but this time my special feature was expanding wilds, they were much more generous and this bonus round resulted in 90x bet size win. In my session I got another 3 bonus rounds within 500 spins, but none of them exceeded 90x bet size.

Visually this game is really an eye candy and I think the payouts are quite good. Another feature, which comes up in the main game, is dashing wilds, which I also like very much. Random wilds come up on the screen and land at random places, substituting for everything except scatter. So far in the free game I've experienced frozen wilds, expanding wilds and split wilds and my favorite is expanding wilds, they gave me the biggest winnings. to this feature three dashing wild symbols land in random symbol positions. This feature can occur randomly on any non-winning spin. I had this feature only once when I played it and I was not happy. Only three wild symbols which land is not good enough to expect some big win, I think. There could be much more than just three wild symbols. I had one big win during base game, but it was not from dashing wild feature. I had it because the kitty cabana symbols were on the reels and I won around x 50 bet. This was also the my best results from it.

The free spins looks good into the paytable. You can trigger different modes during free spins: super stacked wilds, expanding wilds, wild reels, split wilds and frozen wilds. I think this game offer good features during free games. When I played it I never won free spins feature. I had many times two scatters symbols, but third never show up on the reels. I did not like that, I think I had some bad session, or maybe it is hard to trigger free games. But I like that to scatter symbols pays something back.

After all this could be a good game if you have luck on your side. You can win some good money at it. The graphics and sounds is good, also the paytable looks ok. The only feature which I don't like very much here is the one which appear during base game: Dashing wild feature. I will rate this game with 7 stars.

The high value symbols are the five kitty characters and they appear throughout the game very often. The payouts in this game are really good and they are frequent which is also very important, because you do not want to lose your money in a couple of spins only.

A great addition to this slot is the dashing wilds. They appear after a non winning spin and they can stack on any of the five reels. I got this feature a couple of times during my play session. The most that I won with these wilds was 8 x bet when I got 2 wilds on the first reel and one wild on the second reel.

There is a scatter payout in this game and if you land 3 or more then you will activate the kitty cabana bonus. This is a small game on its own where you have to pick doors from 3 floors. On the first floor you will see which wild will be active, the second floor is for a multiplier and the third floor is for the number of free spins.
What I found interesting in this game is that it took me more than 200 spins to activate the bonus round and after I increased my balance I decided to increase my bet too. I do not know if it was because I increased my bet or it was just random but I managed to hit the bonus round couple of times. This gave a great boost to my balance. I really liked the fact that this slot payouts are good but the game itself is very interesting.

Argh! Ah well, I guess Microgaming has run dry on new ideas for now, just dishing out more of the same thing week after week, and the attraction is certainly getting weaker and weaker, for me at least. To write a review on Kitty Kabana is trying not to repeat myself all over again, and that's hard to do. Everything remains the same, only the icons have changed. Even though I do love cats more, but somehow, I find the dog's version of Hound Hotel played slightly better than this Kitty Kabana. I don't know for sure, that's what I could see from my 2 games on it so far, but I won't be playing more of Kitty just to be sure which is a better game. Nosirree, whichever is better, it doesn't matter to me. I like Kitty Glitter a bit more than this Kitty Kabana, but that's about it.

Pick one door on every floor to reveal the Special Wild feature, the multiplier and the number of free spins. An 'Extra Pick' may be won on Floors 2 and 3.

The Super Stacked Wilds are 20 symbols high on reels 2 and 4, the Expanding Wilds appear on 1 random reel for every spin, the Wild Reels have reels 1 and 5 with an Expanded Wild for every spins, the Split Wilds may split to give double wins, and the Frozen Wilds become Sticky Wilds for 3 spins. All symbols in the game pay from 18x the total bet for 5 of them down to 2x the total bet. Overall, a very low paytable for a 25-paylines game.

I don't like the very low paytable. I don't like the 8, 10, 12 or 15 free spins with the low multipliers, the Stacked Wilds do not appear much in the Free Spins games, you'd only get them when it's in a paying mode. The payouts that I got were nothing more than mediocre ones, with nothing more than 35x my bet amount. Another game that failed to meet my expectations.
