Base game at this slot is quite not interesting. Wild symbols here appears on all reels, and have itself very good payout, but unfortunately wilds does not have any multiplier, and thereof there is no difference to see if wild substitute or not. Also payouts for everything else except wilds and scatters is quite sucky, this is not what I am want to see in slot games.

There are two features. First one it is bonus game, it can be triggered by bonus symbols on payline (at least 3 needed, but more - better). Just pick shells to get prizes, nothing very interesting, but usually something like 10-30x total bet from my experience, and this is not so bad, since this feature triggered quite often.

The bonus game based on pick up choice. You have to pick out three treasure boxes and you get prizes. I mostly won here winnings which were not higher than 10€, from 0.15€ to 0.45€ bets. I think here at bonus game you can not win big money, maybe only from free spins feature. But I liked that I received many times bonus game, which was better than without it.

I don't think this is a powerful game. I played it a few times, but I had only small winnings. Never more than x 100 bet or something like that. And I don't think I will play it more in the future. The only reason is because the game has old design. It really looks old and I usually don't play this kind of games. e graphics are colourful and almost comic book style, amd despite the games age Mermaids Millions still looks reasonably good to me. Sound effects are quite basic as was common at the time of this games release and that is one area that does show the games age.

As a fifteen line slot you expect the base game to have some fairly decent wins, but this isn't a super high variance game - only a full line of wild symbols is going to return a huge win in terms of multiple of stake. If your betting bigger though this type of game can be perfect for making a decent sized profit without too much risk. It's also a good game for playing through a wagering requirement.

Three or more scatters start the free spins, sadly there is no additional bonus offered for four or five scatters but you do get a 3x multiplier. There's a second "Pick Me" bonus too which can also be awarded during the free spins, although bonus wins do not receive the 3x multiplier.

All this will no doubt sound familiar to players of Tomb Raider, but if you haven't yet tried either of these games then which one you choose should be decided purely based on the theme you find most attractive. All the other symbols pay from 500x the line bet to 75x the line bet, for 5 of each kind. A good paytable.

In the Treasure Bonus game, pick 3 chests out of the 12, to reveal cash prizes, to win up to 2500 coins, or 166x the total bet amount. Good, if you can get that much. All my pickings from the numerous Bonus games that I've played all paid between 3x - 20x my bet amount. Hmm, imagine just how difficult it must be to get that 166x win! As for the Free Spins game, again from the many games that I've played over the years, I've gotten only a very few retriggers of the Free Spins game, and my best win to date was only 121x my bet amount. The worse case that I can still remember was getting only 1 paying spin out of the 10 free spins, for a miserable 5x my bet amount win. That sucks.

The least I always expect on Mermaid Millions is about $8 when after triggering free spins + playing them out and most of what I can get inside are $20 - $30 total on a bet of $0.75, coin sizes lowered to it's lowest and also with or without a treasure bonus within the feature. In my humble opinion Microgaming should change the title of the last word "Millions" because it sounds to me like this is a progressive slot which I know isn't.

It is very hard to trigger the bonus feature and I also could not catch the free spins either. I do not know if I had bad luck or this is another game that is not willing to pay at all.

It is a very old game run by the Microgaming software. It is 5 reel 15 pay line game where everything is bright and sparkling where even the card symbols are decorated with fishy elements. Some of the symbols include a seahorse, a pearl inside a clam and a container full of jewels. The mermaid is the scatter symbol, and the male version is the wild symbol. The treasure chest symbol triggers the bonus they say, I did not get the chance to see that.
