he heroes themselves look kind of generic to me and I had no real interest in learning who was who, meaning I was never really sure who I had levelled up during the bonus round and who I hadn't. I ended up remembering them purely by colour as I expect many players will, and that's a far cry from when I play The Avengers or X-Men, for example.
