Graphically, it's typically excellent work from Rival and because of very frequent small wins, you do get an hell of a lot of play time for your money. This is a slot that is literally all about getting the bonus. The scatters come up all the time on the first two reels so it feels like you're about to trigger the free spins feature every few spins. While I did notice that the free spins round triggers often than you would expect, it certainly is not as regular as the frequency of scatters on Reels 1 and 2 make it seem.

One of the features I was really looking forward to was the Blazin buffalo Free Spins feature where the first reel is completely wild for the duration of the round. Unfortunately, this is a feature-within-a-feature and can only be triggered from within the initial free spins bonus. Moon wild symbol not only serves as a substitute but as a 2x multiplier. 3, 4, or 5 Buffalo logos trigger 7, 15, or 50 free spins respectively, and something better is if within the free round reappear 3 or more buffalo scatters, then the entire reel 1 becomes in a flaming wild symbol and it is frozen for a re-spin (much better in reel 1 than in any other), and this is the figure that I like the most. By the way, just in a playing session, I got, twice, rounds of 15 free spins and, of course, several rounds else of 7 spins, and my biggest winning throughout all my playing was made in one of these rounds. Finally, a bonus round is triggered when 3 or more poker cards scatters appear on the screen and once in, you have to play the classic game "Tree-Card Monte" and you shall select the card with a buffalo to win a great prize.

Well, I’ve played Blazin’ Buffalo on several occasions already. The first time I played it, it paid me quite well, gave a good game, but just couldn’t meet the wagering requirement. The next few times simply went down the drain. The latest attempt recently was also quite good, with reasonable payouts of up to 70x my bet, nothing more than that so far, and I also won three times on the Find the Buffalo Bonus game, winning 15x total bet twice and 10x total bet once. Not sure just how big this new game Blazin’ Buffalo can pay out, the paytable looks promising enough, but as long as I can get a good game each time I’ll be satisfied. Getting a win would be better still. Overall, an interesting game to play, but can go either way. So no star down/up.
