Not sure why I decided to spend some money on this game as I rated the predecessor of this game (Doctor Love) with a rating that wasn't too favourable in my review like a year ago.

Maybe I was hoping this game would be better than Doctor Love? Well, looking from the outside there doesn't seem too many differences or improvements compared to the first version. Both games contain 5-reels, 3-rows and 20-paylines, while the minimum bet is 20 cents.

The graphics of Doctor Love on Vacation are easier on the eyes though as they should be since this version is a bit newer. The symbols are pretty much the same except as the theme of Doctor Love on Vacation suggests now they are decorated in a more sunnier holiday style. Looking at the paytable it doesn't seem they differ much from each other but they actually do.

While you could win 10, 15 or 20 free spins with a 3x multiplier on the first version for 3, 4 or 5 scatters, now the number of free spins is higher with 12, 16 or 20 free spins and a 3x multiplier for 3, 4 or 5 scatters. In addition, now wins generated with a wild during free spins are multiplier with 6x instead.

So from that perspective there is an improvement visible. The best paying symbol of the Doctor Love Wild pays 5,000 coins for a 5oak on both versions. However, the first version pays better for almost all remaining symbols. And these are the symbols you’ll get more often.

So eventually it all evens out more or less, but I think it’s good to highlight the differences in order to make an informed decision. They both also have a gamble feature, but I never tend to go for it since I usually end up losing the money I've won.

I played this game on the minimum bet by the way for a very short stint of around 200 spins. I didn't do too well as the base game never awarded me more than 15x bet. I did win like 50x bet during free spins though thanks to the 6x multiplying wild, but still eventually left with a small loss of 10 euros.

If I had to pick, then I would most likely pick the second version instead but it basically only really favours you during the free spins. I honestly doubt I will play this game again though as just like the first version it seems difficult to hit.

This game actually is another sequel of original game. There is 20 paylines, and typically for Nextgent game(yes, this game created by Nextgen, but bought by Microgaming and therefore you see it in Quickfire) there is nothing special, but it is still interesting to play this game. Wilds have 2x multiplier if substitute. Also it is possible at this game to trigger free spins, it is needed at least 3 or more scatters. During free spins all wins are tripled (well, Nextgen games does not very creative, can not just keep my mouth shut up about this fact). During free spins I think it is possible to get huge win, theoretically, but for me best wins never was higher than 100x total bet, but I had couple of smaller wins which make feature win better.

My own experience with this game is not long, and generally I am not very like it. Generally pictures is different, but everything else is same like at Irish eyes 2, Ramesses riches, and few other slots. Good to make wagering for bonus, good to have good playing time without big streaks, but this game is not enough interesting to play it often.

Overall of course this game is not worth I even played, it is even one which is pleasure to play, but like I said in other reviews- Nextgen here did not do anything new and fresh, and of course you can conquer gambler mind without anything new or fresh.

Dr Love on Vacation slot it’s so similar as the previous one Dr.Love, but this time they changed all the characters clothes, because they are ready to have vacation on some exotic island.

Dr Love is again wild symbol, so he will substitute all the symbols on the reels except from the scatter ones. The nurse is the most paying symbol, but from my experience playing this game, you won’t see much winning combination from that symbol, just because it rarely appears giving you winning combination. What I like about this game is the free spins feature. I really think that the free spins can be triggered very easily, not as some other games. Triggering only 2 surfboards will award you wit doubling your bet, but getting 3 scatter symbols or the Surfboards anywhere on the reels will award you with 12 free spins. What I did notice, I have played this slot many times, but I have never triggered more than 3 scatter, so getting more free spins.

The winnings from the free spins are not so bad, because all wins from the free spins feature will award you with X 3 your bet. Honestly I much prefer playing the first game of Dr Love, but also from WGS software, so maybe I am more lucky on those games, then the Nextgen ones. I am more use to play the other version, just because it has 25 pay lines instead of this 20 lines and I think that the paying table is much better in the first version.

There is a wild on this slot and who else then Dr Love itself, so he will substitute all the symbols on the reels except from the scatter ones, which are the scatting board. The most paying symbols stays the same which is the girl, or to me from the first version the Nurse. While playing this game as for any other, I look forward to the free spins feature, which can be triggers if at least three scatters lands anywhere on the reels. Three scatters will award the player with 12 free spins, 16 and 20 free rounds with multiplier X 3, but having wilds or Dr Love appears on the reels then the multiplier gets raised and would turn to X 6.

So maybe a bit improvement in this second version but only for the free spins given, because in the first version the free spins are bit different, which goes from 10, 15 and 20, so from the first two they add 1 extra spin, but the multiplier remain the same. As for me, I am not satisfied with both versions of this video slot. I had no success at all and it doesn't look fun to me. There is only one feature in this slot and that is the free spins round. You need to get 3 or more scatter symbols, actually the love meters in this exact slot. So for 3 love meters you get 10 free spins, for 4 love meters you get 15 free spins and for 5 love meters you get 20 free spins.
