Dwarven Gold Deluxe is a remake of the previous Dwarven Gold slot and the deluxe version is much better. Visible on the reels you will find stylised A to J playing card symbols are a quartet of beer swilling dwarves who look like they've had an enjoyable afternoon of liquid refreshment. They are In search of a treasure chest which is the most rewarding symbol, offering pay-outs of 3, 8 or 40 times your total stake if you manage to land 3, 4 or 5 of them respectively. It would have been a difficult task to keep up that high standard what the appearance has so it’s no wonder that the developer couldn’t solve this very hard challenge completely. The best paying winning combination is worth only 500 coins which seems to be very poor for a 25-payline slot and sadly this best 5 of a kind win can’t be multiplied by the help of Wild during normal game mode because the Black Cat symbol is there only to replace other icons in winning combinations and not there to multiply wins or pay by own.

I think the facts about these 2 main pictograms may dissuade numerous players and I understand that but in reality the slot still can surprise us in positive way. I can’t remember if I ever played with a slot where the best symbol would be appear on the reels in stacked format and this Treasure Chest symbol does that surprisingly often and it’s also very frequently when not just one reel turns into Treasure Chests. So in extremely lucky situation it can happen when all symbols on the table would be such icons and however small its rewarding amount for a single line win but count it 25 times and this main award of the base game is close to be a well respectable win.

After 3 of them arrive to the reels at the end of a spin a secondary screen is shown where we have to select 2 little insects out of 5 which will determine the number of free spins (up to 33) and the used win multiplier there (max. x6). This kind of extra session is a very decent game component and it’s more rewarding than the base game and not rare when the awarded additional multiplier the final won amount is around x75-x90 of total bet.

The slot usually gives lot of wins but most of them are just smaller ones but sometimes it seems that we can only rely Treasure Chests and Wilds during normal game because the other wins with regular symbols are very weak and just occasionally brings more than x5-x10 of total bet win. Because of the lot of wins the game may suit for wagering purposes but I’ve never tried it yet.

I think I’m going to rate this product 8 because the pictorial world it creates is really awesome and easily would be worth a 10 but I think the game should be a little bit more rewarding and some main symbols must have better qualities and it wouldn’t hurt if the whole game segment would get a little fine tuning process and have player-friendlier attitude.
Personally, I still very like the atmosphere the game creates and the enjoyment what I feel while playing so despite of the obvious shortcomings the game has I still could recommend this slot for pure entertainment and pleasant environment.
