What I have noticed in this game is that it reminds me of Bet on Soft 3D games. I have nothing against that because I'm a big fan Bet on Soft 3D games. But I'm a bit disappointed that the Playtech here copied another software provider.

Otherwise I have no other criticisms on this game. The short film that you see when you start the game is very interesting. The game has simple rules and that is the only difference with the already mentioned Bet on Soft 3D games, which in most cases have little more complicated rules. Playtech offered two bonus features here. There is a free spins bonus where you can get up to 15 free spins. Then there is one more bonus you can come, if on one of the pay-lines you have at least 3 symbols with a clock. I was a bit disappointed when I discovered that in fact this is a classic pick up bonus. Ever since I discovered Ghosts of Christmas I played it in several casinos. I've had a few wins greater than 100 x bet. My biggest win so far has been about 150 x bet. Not bad but then I played with a bet of only 0.2 euros so I cashed only 30 euros from these wins. This is a game with slight variations so that you will not quickly lose money here. This allows you that sometimes you can try with bigger bet.

All in all it seems to me like one very charming game. But I think it lacks originality and seems to me like a cheap copy of Bet on Soft 3D games. However for Ghosts of Christmas I give a passing grade with 6 stars.

The Green Ghost is the Scatter symbol, paying a nice 500x the total bet for 5 of them, and getting 3 or more of these symbols trigger Marley's Free Games. Pick one of the symbols to reveal the free spins number, from 5 up to 15 free spins, with all wins tripled. The Clock is the Bonus symbol, it doesn't pay anything for itself, but getting 3 or more consecutive symbols on any active payline triggers the Ghosts of Christmas Bonus game. As for the symbols, they pay from 500x to 50x the line bet for 5 of each kind, but still maintaining a good paytable.

There are 3 separate screens randomly selected for the Bonus game - in a classroom, in a living room, and at the graveyard, but all playing in the same way, by picking 3, 4 or 5 items to win cash prizes, depending on the number of Bonus symbols triggering the Bonus game. Prizes here are hardly ever big. The most that I could get was only 10x my total bet amount, the most common being 2x to 7x. Very low payouts indeed, not exciting at all, but the Bonus games do tend to come regularly, thereby providing some extended play time.
