The appearance of this casino is weird with some insects and other crawlers on the items, that was interesting I must say.

I tried this Video Slot with some no deposit bonus I got from the casino I was playing at. I had 50$ and I needed to wager it a lot of times to get eligible to withdraw, I didn’t believe a lot that I will managed to do so so I wanted to try some games that I didn’t tried before, so by totally random selection I got to this one.
After checking Paytable I set my bet at 1$ and started spinning, in my first two or three spins I got 5 Free Spins at 3 x multiplier and on my third free spin I got into a Bonus Round. I must say Bonus round of this slot is interesting as you are throwing darts, and what I like is that you depend on yourself for how many coins you will earn. I earned first time 50$, I really like their bonus round its very cool and generous.

After a very nice winning from my first free spins feature and a bonus round I continued at same rhythm winning. After maybe 45 minutes of play I was around 200$ and I did manage to take a long step in wagering requirements for my no deposit bonus. In the end this slot left a very good impression on me and I will surely try it again, but this time with some real money.

Anyway, back to bugs, there are some real great figures there and I can’t say the entomology would be close to me but I think I can recognize the mosquito, ladybug, wasp and maybe cicada among the participants. All the symbols have really awesome and funny illustrations, winning animations and the very good graphics quality definitely helps to increase the overall visual effects. The design and the little decorations of the game are respectable and I like the style of the name plate at the top of the reel area and the little menu table diagram where the Spin button is placed. On the other hand, for my taste the screen got too much colours and they are very vivid and powerful but what annoys me more is in my opinion the illustrations of symbols are merged to each other so the little separation between them would have been a very welcomed solution.

At this 20 - payline slot, a 2000 times of line bet reward is the top prize which is not so great and unfortunately almost none of the non-regular symbols has the ability to pay by own. The only exception is the Cockroach figure which activates the Drop Feature if 3 or more of them appear on an active line and form a winning formula then they disappear and all of the other icons above them falls down one spot giving a chance for new combinations to be completed. Wild symbols can replace others to achieve win combination but it just appears on the first, third and last reels and doesn’t multiply the wins.

Free spin can be won by a special bug which gives 5, 10 or 20 free games depending on how many of them became visible on the screen and at that session all wins are calculated by x 3 multiplier number. It’s definitely the most profitable part of the game because the tripled prize really can make some damage and the cumulative winning combinations are very frequently there mainly thanks to the more times appearing Wild symbols. Of course there are times when this side game is not so generous but most of the time a x 20 return is almost guaranteed but not rare when I won back more than x 50 of my total bet. But there’s a fly in the ointment, this is only true if I get at least 4 triggering symbols (and 10 free spins) during normal spin because just getting 5 extra games is not enough for that positive attributes to show themselves.

The slot offers a bonus game too but don’t be surprised if sometimes it seems there isn’t any. This is one of the least appearing side games I’ve ever played with and it easily happens that a 30 - 40 minute session with this product can go without getting an entry there. Anyway, 3 Wasp symbols on the screen triggers it where we have to participate a little darts competition where we have 3 attempts to collect as many bonus points as we can. It is similar to free spins as it can be very profitable at times but why this has such horrible triggering quality, I really don’t know.

All in all, as you’ve read I got some issues about this game and unfortunately not just one of them is important for me enough to have a so-so feeling about this game. I’m little sorry it because Pub Crawlers easily can be a very likeable and coveted game if the game settings and some little pictorial corrections are realized. Until then my final verdict can’t be unified and though I appreciate some things here I can’t say it would be a real good game.

Oh geees, that's one pub I wouldn't even dare to enter! But this Pub Crawlers is just a game from Rival software, a most unpleasantly titled one if I must say. What were those designer guys thinking anyway, but who cares. It's a 20-paylines game, it's been around for some years now, and it's one more Rival game that never caught my interest. Not then, not now, not ever.

That Lady Insect is the Wild symbol in the game. It doesn't pay anything for itself but pays 4x for any wins with it. It does nothing else but to substitute for other symbols except for the Scatter and Bonus symbols. Still a dumb Wild symbol in my books. The Scorpion is the Scatter symbol, also not paying anything for itself, but getting 3, 4 or 5 of them triggers 7, 15 or 40 free spins, without any multiplier, and cannot be retriggered. Wins with a Wild symbol pays 4x. Getting 3 or more Scatters during the free spins trigger the Super Round Free Spins, with the Wild symbol paying 8x for wins, and the Bonus symbols, which only appear during the Super Round free spins, awarding the Bonus Round. Hmm, not to my liking at all, because if there are no wins with a Wild symbol during the free spins, the entire Free Spins game sucks big time! Those 7 free spins may just end up with a zero payout, and you'll only get those Super Round free spins if you're lucky. I got none. None of the Super Round. None of the Bonus game either.

There is also the 'Drop' symbol, which triggers the rolling reels effect, but affecting only the 'Drop' symbols. Again, this is almost useless in most situations, with very small payouts when it does pay. A real waste of the good Rolling Reels feature! As for the other symbols in the game, there are various insects and bugs to be found, paying from 2000x the line bet down to 40x the line bet, for getting 5 of each kind. A very low paytable indeed.
