NetEnt now is no longer the NetEnt I used to know and admire for so many years before, and this Wings Of Riches game is one more example of how this provider has been churning out ‘poor’ games of late!

When I first looked at the game, my first thoughts were ‘is this really by NetEnt? It can easily be mistaken to be from some new or unknown provider!’ Yep, Wings Of Riches does not look as good as how NetEnt games should be, or used to be. Browsing through its paytable gave more disappointments for me – both the Wild and Scatter symbols are on-paying, there aren’t any win multipliers at all, and the top symbol pays only 75x the total bet for getting 5 of them. So how the blardy heck can players get any good wins? Sheesh!

Getting Scatters used to be enjoyable – they would pay a small win and award free spins – but in this game, you get paid nothing, even if you get all 5 Scatters on the reels! What the argh! Not only that, you also get 10 lousy free spins which are without any win multipliers, until you get a multiplier symbol on reel 5 during the free spins play, or else, there won’t be any at all! Getting 2 or 3 Scatters during the free spins would add 5 or 10 more free spins, but I have yet to get them in the several free spins games that I have played. Totally disappointing, and that includes the miserably small wins too!

The Wild symbol, a spreading Wild, would spread to 2 random adjacent positions each time they appear, but they hardly ever produce any decent wins, mostly small wins of 2x – 5x your bet amount. You may get slightly better wins with the multipliers during the free spins play, but don’t count on getting anything better than 30x, unless you get lucky!

Wings Of Riches is best avoided if you are hunting for nice big wins, simply because it’s literally impossible to get! I don’t know what’s the maximum possible win would be, but I’m not even interested to find out – this game is that bad!
