As its theme requires the slot got a nice, cute tale-like interface with rich colour usage and beautiful background image but I think it would have been better to not cover with black the whole background area of the reels instead I would have made it transparent giving more chance to the entire view to speak for itself and present more powerful pictorial effects. The symbols are likeable and cute and illustrate dolls, house, cow, snowflake, sheep among the others. All in all, Babushka has a lovely, pleasant atmosphere with nice graphics so at least the enjoyable visual experience is guaranteed.

I guess at this slot can speak about 2 symbols as the most important ones while the others are almost like just decoration elements. Babushka’s got the responsibility to present all the features the game has like Wild, free spins, scatter. Mr. Babushka serves the game as substituting figure and also can pay the top prize in a 5 of a win situation what is worth only the modest 2500 coins. Mrs. Babushka is the Scatter here and rewards up to 200 times of total bet and I think that’s the best quality what the game segment can provide.

But the situation is getting complicated when the couple appears on the screen at the same time then the male doll may become an expanding wild and covers all three positions of its reel. Usually, this number is between around 10 and that extra game is played with even more appearing dolls. Honestly, sometimes I don’t know how to get other Wilds on the table but because of them the free spins usually are surprisingly open-handed. Upon first looks the game looks very cute and I cant help but smile when I see it. The set up is pretty same as other NuWorks games and I start to thing that they are all pretty much the same.
There is one feature in this game and that is a free spins feature. It is awarded when you get three or more mrs babushka anywhere on the reels. It took me some time to get the feature. I think because both Mr and Mrs babushka are wild the game makes it harder to get it, because you would also get a big win on your spin. Sometimes Mr or Mrs babushka give more wilds on the same reel to give a player a big win and if you manage to catch 3 or four of them you could cover few reel with wilds. In the free spins they always give more wilds and that is the best thing about the free spins. the multiplier on the free spins depends on the amount of scatters you get initially. So for four scatters you get 2 x and for five you get 3 x. I got three of them so my game was 1 x. None the less i walked away with $42 and was pretty happy. Because it took me a while to get the feature i did not bother playing more because i was eager to try other games.

The sound and graphic of this game are really great. I especially like when the background changes from snowy white to green hills and meadows after the free spins bonus round. The music during the free spins just makes you wanna get a bottle of vodka and drink yourself until you pass out. Well that’s just me.This game like many others here at Nuworks has only one feature and that is the free spins bonus. It is triggered when 3 or more Mrs Babushka appear anywhere on the reels. I really like this bonus instead when the scatters need to appear from left to right. I'm not quite sure but I think the minimum number of free spins you can get here for 3 scatters is 6 as Mrs babushka gives 2 free spins per symbol. The first time I got this feature I didn't know what was going on. For 3 scatters I got 16 free spins at x 1 multiplier. During the free spins Mr Babushka would pop out and cover the entire reel so I had some very good wins. I also managed to re trigger the feature for and extra 16 free spins. Babushkas everywhere. Eventually when all was over I had a win of only 70 x bet but I didn't mind because it was really funny seeing all those babushkas jumping around on the reels. I got this feature a few more times but never got 100 x bet.

Overall a very fun game to play with great music and I will try it again soon.
