The free spins is a classic "blowing down the houses by the wolf" called the Big Bad Wolf Feature! The free spins don't have a multiplier yet until one of the 3 houses get destroyed by the wolf. The houses have to be beside the wolf to get blown to bits! The good news about it is each destroyed house grants a multiplier when the wolf wild is in a combination but not for the overall free spins. The brick house is for 4x, the wood house for 3x and the least of everything, the straw house for 2x. The multiplier is applied when the wolf appears which does have a big disadvantage in trying to blow other houses down! On my $0.75 triggering bet my total won me $22.50. Usually, when I'm luckier it is around $40. I wanted the free spins to keep going but none of the pigs rebuilt any of the destroyed houses!
Slot played well and designed well, sounds also good, i can't complain here, but seriously it is interesting to play the game for someone with max win in base game for 5 scatters and it is only x 100 total bet. I try this game only probably 3 times, and come on, i trigger more than 10 features and never had more than 100 x total bet, this is really looks terrible and boring, no?
Feature here triggered by 3+ scatters and can be very long, feature playing till big bad wolf destroy 3 piggy houses. If he destroy one, and then 3 scatters will appear, they will repair one house. By the way for different destroyed houses big bad wolf get multiplier, and this is up to x 4. I never had feature more than x 100 total bet multiplier, and i really did not know what about microgaming developers create such boring and not interesting slot, which will not pay anything good. I am 100% sure that i will never play this terrible game again, it is really not interesting and generally did not make sense, why game eat money and nothing give back, someone like such video slots? I am sure answer is no.
I rate this slot with two stars, it is boring low variance game, but apart from many other low variance games, this one just eat money without stopping. Better stay away from this game.
For adults like me, oh please, give me something more matured and more interesting please, like the game Piggy Riches from NetEnt, for example. Now that's what I call a good game for us adults. Not a game about a wolf that can blow concrete houses down with a single blow. I can accept games about fairies in the forest, or about Leprechauns with their pots of gold, or even about witches brewing up whatever it is in their cauldrons, but a wolf with a blow stronger than Superman's? Oh, come on!
The Wolf is the Wild symbol, 5 of which pays nothing. What? Again? Well, you know who to blame. Why use a Wild symbol that has no value for itself, I can never understand. It substitutes for other symbols except for the Scatter symbol, and that's all it does in the base game.1 It cannot even double any wins with it. An absolutely dumb Wild symbol! The Pigs is the Scatter symbol, 5 of which pay the usual 100x total bet amount. Getting 3 or more of these Scatters trigger The Big Bad Wolf Feature, a Free Spins game in other words. The Houses pay from 36x to 12x the total bet amount, and the rest pay from 6x to 4x the total bet amount, all for 5 of each kind. What a very low paytable indeed!
In the Big Bad Wolf Feature game, whenever the Wolf lands adjacent to any house, it will blow all the same houses down. Yep, I told you this Wolf is stronger than Superman. With just one blow, this Wolf can destroy all of the same houses. Not even Superman can do that, but that's another story. Any wins with the Wolf Wild symbol gets paid either 2x, 3x or 4x, depending on which house type has been blown down. Whenever 3 or more Piggies Scatter symbols appear on the reels, the Piggies would randomly rebuilt one house type that has been blown down. The feature game ends when all houses have been blown down.
The feature was in need of balance, destroying and repairing so that each side will be scaling! Oh and by the way, how is it that the Wolf destroys the brick house in one blow!? At least 2 or 3 tries in blowing this brick house down would be sufficient for a feature like this and really, I find that even one breath alone can't take out a brick house. It would some good explosives or a helicopter crashing into one!
Not only does the feature game pays poorly, I had to wait for more than 300 spins each time before I could get a feature game. That is totally unacceptable to me, because this game is not a high variance game, and the feature game shouldn't take 300 to 600 spins like it did for me. All I could see was my credits going down the drain continuously down to zero! What the argh!
