Well...this is a game version of that story...aptly named Sunset Showdown. You would have thought the showdown was at sunset time, right? Well...yes...and no. No...because I don't know. Yes...because it could have happened at sunset, it could have happened at sunrise, it could even have happened at high noon...but for some...it never happened! I guess it all depends on what time you are playing this game...or not at all! Hehehe.

The lovely blue-eyed Cowgirl, no...she's not Wyona...I made that up...pays 7500x the line bet for 5 of her on a payline. The Pistols scatters pay 100x total bet, as usual, and triggers the free spins game with 3 or more scatters, which gives 3...yes, THREE...spins only, with blue-eyed Expanded Wild on reel 1 and green-eyed Expanded Wild on reel 5 for the 3 spins. Almost identical to Count Spectacular's free spins game...but don't expect to get the gals on all 5 reels though...it won't ever happen!

They should add substitutes at least on the respins to get more flavour out of them. A flat, tasteless dish doesn't deserve to be served to an important person like the Queen or the Prime Minister! This is what you'll get on the respins feature! Just overall disappointment!

The is a free spins feature and a bad feature. To get the free spins you need to get a cowgirl on first and last reels. Once you get that the first and last reelsturn wild and the middle reels spin three times. I never managed to win more than €10. I guess that you could win big on it if you get wilds on middle reels but you need to be lucky for that..The other feature feature is very fun because you get to shoot bad guys. The wins are not great and max i ever won was around €17.

Over all i do like the western theme but i just cant win big on this game. If you add my winnings and losses i am probably down money on this game. I would also like to say that this game is a bit of a tease. I got two scatters many times but the third one would not come out. Because i had bad experience with this game i will not recommend it to anyone. Maybe it is possible to win big on this game but i never managed to do so. If one day i win big change my review. If i was to rate this game i would give it 3 out of 10.

If you start playing at sunset, don't expect the showdown to come early though...it may come at sunrise...but when it does come...she'll come a few times. The green-eyed bad girl I mean. No showdown if she's not around, know what I mean?

This game is something like Dead Or Alive...but isn't like Dead Or Alive...because most of the time, your credits may go dead first! If you're real lucky, like I was at only 1 time, the showdown came quite early and paid me a nice win of 165x my total bet...but that was the one and only time. Most of the other times...they just shoot each other's hat off...and you get pennies in the dust! Nowadays, pennies are simply not enough...not for anything!

Well, I would have loved this game, if not for the dreary long empty spins and pennies in the dust at showdowns. This could have been like Dead Or Alive...but I guess MG designers don't really know how to live it up as yet!
