At first, I found playing this Chillipop game a little bit confusing, simply because the 3 or more symbols cluster-win only works vertically or horizontally, unlike the usual cluster-win way which works in any direction, as long as they are linked together in a cluster. In Chillipop, the connecting symbols must be linked either sideways or up/down ways only. The Mule Scatter symbol can be anywhere on the reels, as usual, but they are non-paying symbols, serving only to award the initial free spins, plus additional free spins, reels and rows.

After getting over the initial confusion, I began liking the gameplay, but very unfortunately, most of the payouts in the base game turned out to be almost useless and insignificantly low! Better wins can be achieved during the free spins, but luck do play a role here. I managed to get up to the 8-reels 8-rows playscreen, but no win from that at all! After several hours of play on Chillipop, the best win I could achieve was only 108x my bet amount - a very disappointing result, but I guess Chillipop is maybe a high volatility game (not indicated anywhere).

This is where it starts getting interesting as you get more Piñata while playing free spins you'll reel will expand more and more and it can go up to 8×8 but don't be fooled I got 8x8 many times and it finished really bad, you will still need to get a lot of wild(Piñata ball) being connected with symbols as they multiply your winnings and it can result in some nice wins especially knowing that after every win, the symbols are exploding and new ones drop.

After playing the game for hours I came to the conclusion that base game has really nice potential and it can pay more than Free spins at least for me there that's where I got 90x by just wild dropping constantly over and over again multiplying my symbol payouts and it was really fun watching it as the game has amazing animations as the cluster wins explode.

The one thing that I don't like most about this Chillipop game is the minimum 0.50 starting bet. Other clusters-pay games would usually start at either 0.10 or 0.20 bet per spin, so with Chillipop, you'd need a bigger starting balance! This is certainly not good for me, and for many other small-budget players too.
