Well, comparatively between the 2 games, Secret of the Sword is a much more interesting game to play than Tomb Raider. My game always end on the second or third level.

But lets get back to the old version. I will start from the graphic which is pretty simple for todays standards.

This game has two second-level bonus games. One can be triggered by getting 3 or more idols in succession on a payline from reels 1 to 3 and further. I've managed to trigger this bonus more than a couple of occasions. You then have to pick 3 idols and each reveal a prize. On average this feature rewarded me with 15-25x bet size.

I began to play with 0.6 euro bets and that stake is brought my luck. To get the free spins and the bonuses was a bit hard and confusing. It has more kind of free games and bonus features. To activate the bonus game I have to collect the passport symbol on every reel in the middle position. I played down many rounds until I can start the bonus game. It has a lot location where you can pick from the objects until you pick two booby trap symbols which is ends your feature immediately. I picked those traps soon so I wasn’t get a much from the feature.

The other cool thing is the super mode, it activates randomly and gives 5 free spin with a random wild. That feature comes out more than the passport bonus and the last and the best feature is the simple free spin with the rolling reels. You have to collect 3 free spin scatter to start the feature. When I triggered it I liked the final result, with the rolling reels and the multipliers I made a big profit on 0.6 euro stake. Even I didn’t hit the biggest symbols or the much valuables I ended my free game with 40 euro.

Maybe because I am a big fan of the tomb raider games I tried it much more than the other video slots but it almost always give out the free games from a tenner.

Honestly speaking, the only thing that I don't quite like about this game is in its low payouts. I kept on playing and before i knew it i was down to €20. I was very upset and quit this game, tried on other games but lost it all and all of that because of this game.

It's too little picks out of too many choices, thereby missing getting the best prizes most of the time. What disappoint me the most are the Free Spins games. They pay out very low most of the time. The Free Spins games that I had in my most recent play on the game paid only 21x and 29x my bet amount, without getting any retriggers, whilst the Bonus games paid between 8x to 18x, which were all far from being satisfactory. I've played this Tomb Raider many times already over the last 2 years, and about 95% of the payouts were all very low. Not a good game for me.
