I am not sure but i think most of them are in LasVegas, so i really wanted to see the quality of games they have. I would like to start with the graphics first. Compared to all of the other casino software in my view the graphics on WMS are one of the best if not 'the' best. The details put in to the game are top notch, for me personally it is very important because i like to play games for a long periods of time. I have noticed in this game and most of the other WMS games, the bigger i bet the better pays come out. The whole game play changes for the better and i really recommend to stay away from small bets. You are able to get few wins or the feature, but the outcome of the feature is never anything good.On this game in particular i never go lower than €0.90.

There is an awesome feature in this game and you have a chance to get 25 free spins. I never managed to get 25 free spins in one spins, but on a re-trigger i did in total 30 free spins.I got the re-trigger when i just started playing this game and unfortunately was playing on the smallest bet. I won around €12, in fact i never managed to win more than that on smallest bet. I managed to get the feature on €0.90 and the out come was much better. I won over €55 but was very, very close to getting a screen full of the blue men and wilds.

I really like the music and i like that if you re-trigger the bonus it lets you spin the wheel. That way you could win more spins or less, all depends on how lucky you are. I think there is a lot of potential in this game for all of those reasons my ratings would be as follows: Graphics 10 out of 10, Feature 8 out of 10, pays 6 out of 10(all from personal experience). Over all i would rate it 7.5 out of 10.

I suspect this is because some of the other games they've brought online were based on much older slot machines, while Montezuma is a far more recently developed game. While in terms of game play, Montezuma is surprisingly traditional. Without the multiple reel sets and unusual win lines they are best known for, Montezuma plays more like a regular online slot than most of their output.

Furthermore, the average wins sizes are pretty good, to be fair, but as a whole, Montezuma's base game falls between two stools. It can't quite decide whether it wants to be a high paying game with some dead spins or a lower risk game with smaller wins. I couldn't quite put my finger on what's unsatisfying about this until I got to the free spins round.This is triggered by three or more Mayan Calendar Wheels and gives you a random number of free spins and a random multiplier. The multiplier can be from 2-10x and the free spins go from 3 to a very healthy 25.Essentially, what this means is that you could feasibly get just three free spins with a 2x multiplier. And we did. Several times.

Overall, I believe that it could go the other way with 25 free spins and a 10x multiplier. Either way, it dawned on me that I couldn't get to grips with this slot because it's almost impossible to manage your expectations when playing it.So, now you know and if you do get a high multiplier and a lot of free spins , then you will considering naming your next child 'Montezuma.

It has a really captivating look and the first think that makes impression is the very powerful colour effects and the crystal clean graphics. The developers didn’t afraid of using the more vivid colour tints like orange but they handled them very well and could use them to make a wonderful cavalcade. The symbols are also very attractive and have very high quality pictorial illustrations as they symbolize Indian warrior, eagle, relics, temple, mask and others. Overall, this slot got a top-notch appearance and I hardly can imagine that anyone would have any bad words against it.

My problems with the game start when moving on from the displaying qualities and arrive to the game segment. At first I thought I misread something and had to check every game setting and stake options because the game has so terrible paying ability and is so poor at game features that I didn’t want to believe in my eyes. The best 5 of a kind win with the Indian warrior is worth just 300 times of line bet so playing with €1.20, my best possible return can’t be higher than €12!
It’s really shocking and absurd! But if it wasn’t enough the Wild emblem can’t give any plus to this amount as it neither has win multiplying ability nor paying ability in itself and to complete the disappointment it just appears on the middle reels. I think if I must assign qualities to Wild with the purpose to create the worst of its kind I couldn’t do a better job than this.

If you think the Scatter works better, well you’re wrong. This icon can present only 10 times of total bet award in best case when 5 of them appear on the screen which is also an unacceptable attribute. The only thing that has decent condition is the free spin feature. 3 Scatter can activate it then an ancient version of fortune wheel determines the number of the given extra games (3-25). The feature is played as if it was a normal game mode but at the beginning of every spin another wheel appears and assign a randomly selected multiplier value for that spin (x2-x10) and the payouts of the completed wins are multiplied by thin number. 2 or more appearing Scatter give another series of free spins with the same conditions as the triggering spin had and the feature has a guaranteed prize at x10 of total bet if the cumulative wins during free games don’t reach that amount.

To be honest this slot is a massive disappointment for me. After a very impressive start what the fantastic look causes the other part of the game is garbage. This has one of the worst game functions and qualities what I’ve seen for a long time and it barely reaches that level to be named a video slot product. I know it’s stupid but I’m still mad at creators how they messed up this game and created such useless and awful game section. The difference between the quality of this … and the visual appearance is unmentionable so giving an overall rate to this slot is impossible because no matter what score I give it can’t reflect the real circumstances and if I see from one aspect it must be false every time.

Not sure if that’s the case for Montezuma, but this game can be found at most of the WMS powered casinos though such as Unibet.

The video slot Montezuma has a theme inspired by some sort of Indian tribe. Therefore you’ll find symbols which reflect that theme quite well. The game offers 5 reels, 3 rows and 30 paylines and the minimum bet is only 30 cents. I played this game on 1.50 euro bets most of the time.

In addition, the Montezuma slot features wilds on reels 2, 3 and 4, and scatters to unlock the free spins feature with. During base game my wins weren’t that huge. Many small wins of max 15x bet size I think. I didn’t lose too much during my quest to trigger the free spins during that particular sessions.

The wheel featured on the reels is the scatter, and you need 3 or more of those to trigger the free spins feature and that’s when the fun really starts with Montezuma. The number of free spins awarded and the multiplier is not fixed.

But if you like playtime, then this game is definitely the right choice. I can also imagine this game having some huge potential, because there is a max of 10x multiplier. So go figure with so many free spins and a top multiplier, all conditions for a monster win are present.

e main game is good, but for big win you must wait for the feature. The design is very nice when I talk about WMS games. I saw many other games from this software, but Montezuma has one of best design for me. I played this game only at minimum bets, my balance was not so high and I could not afford to played it on some higher stakes.

The best thing is free spins feature which is trigger by 3 scatters. The number of free games and retriggered spins is determined by a spin of the wheel. You can get up to 25 free spins when 3 scatters are on the reels. The multipliers for free games are different, a wheel above the reels reveals multipliers. You can get up to x10 multiplier which is great. I think this is awesome set feature. You don't need to have 5 scatters to trigger a lot of free games. Here you need 3 of them and the free games can also be retriggered. So sometimes if you had luck at the wheels, you can expect a lot of free games at high multipliers.

I will rate this game high. For me is one of the best from this software. It could provide great winnings and I like to play it. I recommend it to all who has not try it out yet. Great design, great payouts, great game!

Feature here seems had super potential.

Game made in style of old Aztec civilization I think, or some other old civilization. I do like how this game looks, everything are made in style of wms - good looking wilds and scatters.

Payouts during normal play seem very low. I never was able to be in plus without hitting freespins feature in this slot. And probably this is how this game designed, or probably I am not too lucky. There are 30 lines and most symbols are stacked, but still I was not able to get any nice winnings.

Freespins feature is awesome in this game, I love idea. When you hit 3 or more scatters, you trigger bonus wheel. It will determine how much freespins you will get, lowest possible is 3 freespins, best possible is 25, but most times it give you something in the middle of this value. Each freespin will have random multiplier - 2x, 3x, 5x or 10x. And there is a thing, two scatters trigger feature again, and all additional freegames you will play with triggering multiplier. It is possible to have a lot of freespins at 10x multiplier I guess.

I had freespins in this slot about 5 times. Unfortunately it was not too lucky for me, best result I had was about 50 bets, and this is because I was not able to get nice retriggers. It seems it is not very often event. But I guess that if you retrigger on 10x and get at least 10 spins, then it will retrigger again and again. Wow, it is awesome potential in this game.

Only about two weeks ago, when I was playing at Trada casino, I noticed that they had this game added to their list and I was able to play it.

As I mentioned, Montezuma is a very beloved game from many players and I have even watched some gamblers live stream while playing this game and I have seen some incredible wins on this game. It was enough reason for me to try this game when I finally was able to.

So the game itself is inspired by the Indian theme as far the design goes, as you'll see masks, Indian man and woman and few other symbols that fit to this theme. The game has 5 reels and 30 pay lines and offers one bonus feature. For me the base game seems decent, I've tried this game a few times now and from base game I haven't got over 30x bet winnings. What I have also noticed is that this game can be very tight and give you empty wins or bet size winnings so it's very easy to lose a lot of money on it fast.

I'm quite sure that the most anticipated part of this game is it's free spins bonus round- at least for me. This is the moment when you can get some really nice winnings. When you get 3 or more scatters, a wheel spins and shows you the amount of spins you get, the maximum is 25. And for every spin there is changing multiplier, up to 10x. However, the best part is that the spins can be retriggered and once again the wheel will come out to see how many extra spins you'll play but they will be played with the same multiplier that triggered them. In my case I have had a few retriggers so far but they were played at 2x multiplier and overall my best free spins result has been 70x bet win. But with that in mind, it is possible to play 10 and more spins with 10x multiplier so I can see the winning potential.

Overall I am very happy that I finally get to play this game. I like the design, it is simplistic yet looks rich, and I think that this game is very exciting with it's good quality bonus feature. I do have to say that you need good balance to play this game as it can be quite crucial and deadly to your balance, but it definitely has the potential to pay big. WMS went online not so long ago and I was introduced to their online games somewhere in 2010 at CasinoEuro. At the time CasinoEuro looked differently and in 2010 I noticed they have added a new tab with the title 'vegas games'. I clicked on the new tab and there it was, Williams Interactive games. Since then it's hard not to play their games.

Montezuma went online somewhere in 2014 at my favorite casino and I played this game almost daily since it's release. Like most WMS games, in order to win, the same symbols have to be connected to each other. If you don't familiar with WMS games, maybe Jack Hammer 2 is a good example.

The game has a very exciting sound when scatters appear on the reels. 3 scatters triggers the free spins but the game doesn't have a fixed amount of free spins. The amount of free spins depends on where the arrow on the spinning wheel ends on and this also applies to the multiplier.

The biggest win I ever won from this game was €300 at a €0,60 bet. In fact, the I won only 6 free spins but on the first free spin, the woman symbols appeared stacked on the first 4 reels at 10x multipliers. So you know that the amount of free spins doesn't affect the amount of you winnings.

However, there's a difference between online version and land based version of this game.
Online version has only 30 paylines while land based version has 40 paylines but other than that the game is just the same. I don't know why the difference, probably because cheaper game will be played more often? To me it doesn't matter.

If you love WMS games I highly recommend this game.

I had some difficulties trigger the free spins round. Must have taken more than 500 spins, but the re-triggers during the round made me forget about that easily. I also didn't appreciate the small wins during base game. Nothing huge!

The only bad thing which I could find at this game is that 2 scatters don't pay anything. You will receive it a lot of times and it could be better if they give you something back.

I thought I remembered seeing quite a few huge wins from this game but having spent quite a while playing it as well as studying the paytable I've come to the conclusion that I probably confused the game with something else as their are a great many similarities between this and lots of other WMS machines.

There are so many things I hate about Montezuma, but first and foremost the paytable - the games top symbol returns just 10x your stake for a five of a kind, and the lower ranking symbols return truly laughable amounts too. Three and four of a kind combinations return poorly in lots of games, but Montezuma doesn't even return your stake for a four of a kind of most of its picture symbols and the Queen and Jack symbols pay out so poorly that I wonder why they were even included at all! Then there's the scatter which has its own paytable allocation, something that I usually appreciate very much... except in this game four or five scatters both pay just 10x your stake. I could cope with it being 10x for four scatters if getting all five paid a little better but seriously, this really sucks. For comparison NetEnt's Dead or Alive pays 2500x your stake for five scatters and Microgamings Thunderstruck2 and Immortal Romance both pay 200x your stake, so how on earth can this be the best WMS can do?!

Should you manage to land three or more scatters you should avoid getting excited too quickly as you'll need to get lucky a second time with a spin of the bonus wheel which might award you as little as three spins and there are an awful lot of lower options - 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 spins for example and only three higher hits of up to 25 spins. A random multiplier is awarded for every free spin up to a maximum of 10x, and you'll be praying for a retrigger should you land a 10x spin as thats pretty much the only way your going to have a decent free spins round. That's an awful lot of times you have to get lucky right after one another in order to have a chance at a big win!

I could go on about the weird paylines (not a huge deal, but still... why?), and the fact the wild symbol doesn't appear on all five reels for no obvious reason whatsoever. This game just seems to really rub me up the wrong way and demonstrates everything that WMS gets wrong with their slots!
