However, I decided to give this game a new try, hoping that this sequel would be better than the previous one.
So the game itself has 5 reels and 30 pay lines, making the minimum bets 0.30$ per spin.The game is obviously inspired by the cat theme and you'll see many cats there, letter symbols and bag symbols, which are the bonus symbols. The visual aspects of this game look nice but nothing too spectacular at the same time.
So I played this game for about an hour with minimum bets and explored both of the bonus rounds. One is a random bonus that may come up at any time- wild reels. So a black cat will randomly turn one or more reels wild and of course, that sounds exciting and makes us remember about the Wild Desire feature from Immortal Romance, but frankly, this is not the case. I do think that this feature is the only way to get some decent winnings on this game but so far, having this feature many times, as it comes up very often, not once I had a win over 15x bet with it, even when I had 3 reels wild.
The second feature is free spins bonus round, triggered by 3 or more bonus symbols. I had it a few times in my session and I think that the feature can be a little exciting, yet I think it would be hard to win big on it. Reason for that is the fact that the free spins have no multiplier. The only good thing about the bonus round is the fact that on each spin at least one reel is turned into a wild reel, but from my experience still I didn't get any winnings higher than 20x bet, simply because I feel like it's hard to get any general winnings on this game.
Overall this game is yet another disappointment for me. I think that design is average but other than that- this game can be a total money eater. I didn't get any higher win than 20x my stake and the payouts in general seem low. I think there are many games that are better than this one, so I wouldn't recommend it.

Here you will find two different features: first feature which occurs randomly is random stacked wilds. It can occur on any combination of reels 2, 3 and 4 and when it occurs, designated reels are fully covered with wilds. Second feature is free spins feature which is triggered by at least 3 scatter symbols anywhere on the reels. For three scatters you get 10 free spins, for all five scattered symbols 25 free spins. All winnings during free spins feature are multiplied by x4, so that's not bad.
While I was playing it I was a little bit dissapointed about random stacked wilds feature. I had reels 2, 3 and 4 completely covered with wilds and my winnings were only around x20 bet. At that point, with 3 wild reels I expected at least some x100 bet win. But come on, only x20 bet, really?!
Bad thing about this feature is also that it could appear only during base game, you can not triggered it during free spins where is x4 multiplier. Free spins are ok, but the paytable isn't so good. I never got any decent winnings from this game, even during free spins. 10 free spins at x4 sounds good enough to get a big win, but I had no luck on my side while I was playing. I think I will stay away from The Catfather slot, the only reason is because I do not like the pay outs here. Because of that I will rate it low, with 5 stars.
